Your Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a dynamic team of 10+ full-stack developers working with TypeScript, React, and SQL.
• Develop, test, and maintain existing and new features driven by data modeling, customer analytics, and machine learning for the Slyce platform.
• Work closely with senior leadership to define the technical strategy and roadmap.
• Define comprehensive technical requirements and make key architecture decisions.
• Mentor team members and provide regular, constructive feedback.
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance team culture.
• Resolve internal conflicts diplomatically to maintain a positive work environment.
• Ensure code quality, adherence to best practices, and scalable system design.

Your Profile

• 10+ years of hands-on full-stack development experience with React and TypeScript.
• 3+ years of engineering management experience leading teams of 5+ developers.
• Strong expertise in TypeScript, React, SQL, and BigQuery.
• Proven track record of scaling engineering teams and processes.
• Experience in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
